2 cups poached chicken, shredded 1/2 cup Duke’s mayonnaise 1/3 cup finely chopped celery 1/4 tsp onion powder Salt and black pepper to taste Optional: 1/2 tsp dry Ranch seasoning

Instructions

Poach chicken until tender, cool completely, and shred. In a large bowl, combine chicken, celery, and seasonings. Add mayonnaise gradually, folding gently. Taste and adjust seasoning as needed. Cover and refrigerate at least 1 hour before serving.

Notes
