This football slow cooker chili is the perfect make-ahead game day recipe—hearty, flavorful, and stress-free.
1 lb ground beef
1 onion, chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 can diced tomatoes
1 can kidney beans, drained
1 can black beans, drained
2 tbsp tomato paste
1 tbsp chili powder
1 tsp cumin
Salt and pepper to taste
1. Brown ground beef with onions and garlic in a skillet.
2. Transfer to the football slow cooker and add all other ingredients.
3. Stir well to combine.
4. Cover and cook on LOW for 6–8 hours or HIGH for 3–4 hours.
5. Stir before serving. Top with cheese, sour cream, or jalapeños if desired.
