A quick, crispy and flavorful way to prepare tilapia in the air fryer—ready in just 15 minutes with minimal oil and full of comfort.

2 tilapia fillets (fresh or thawed)

Salt and black pepper to taste

1 tsp paprika

1/2 tsp garlic powder

Olive oil spray

Optional: 2 tbsp breadcrumbs or fine cornmeal for crunch

Instructions

1. Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for 3 minutes.

2. Pat fillets dry with paper towels.

3. Season both sides with salt, pepper, paprika, and garlic powder.</p><p>4. Optional: press fillets into breadcrumbs or cornmeal for extra crisp.

5. Spray the air fryer basket and fillets lightly with olive oil.

6. Place fillets in a single layer, not overlapping.</p><p>7. Air fry for 10 minutes, flipping halfway through.
