A quick and flavorful meatloaf using Stove Top stuffing mix. Moist, savory, and ready in under an hour.

1 lb ground beefn1 box Stove Top stuffing mixn2 large eggsn¾ cup milk (or broth)nSalt and pepper to tastenOptional glaze: ½ cup ketchup or BBQ sauce

Instructions

Preheat oven to 375°F.nIn a large bowl, combine beef and stuffing mix.nWhisk eggs and milk in a separate bowl, then pour into meat mixture.nMix gently until combined. Don’t overwork.nShape into a loaf and place in baking dish.nBake for 45–55 minutes or until internal temp is 160°F.nOptional: Glaze with ketchup or BBQ sauce 15 minutes before done.nLet rest 5–10 minutes before slicing.

Use any flavor of Stove Top stuffing for variation.nGround turkey or pork can be substituted.nMini loaves in muffin tins bake in 25 minutes.
