Ingredients
  

  • - 1 lb ground beef
  • - 1 small onion finely chopped
  • - 2 garlic cloves minced
  • - 24–26 oz jar of spaghetti sauce
  • - ½ to 1 cup of water
  • - 15 oz cottage cheese
  • - 2 cups shredded mozzarella
  • - ½ cup grated parmesan
  • - 1 large egg
  • - 8 to 10 uncooked lasagna noodles

Method
 

  1. 1. Brown beef, onion, and garlic in a skillet.  
  2. 2. Stir in sauce and water. Simmer for 5 minutes.  
  3. 3. Mix cheeses and egg in a bowl.  
  4. 4. Layer sauce, noodles, and cheese mixture in the slow cooker.  
  5. 5. Repeat layers, ending with sauce.  
  6. 6. Cook on LOW for 4.5 to 5 hours.  
  7. 7. Add remaining cheese, melt for 15 minutes.  
  8. 8. Let rest before slicing and serving.
