Ingredients
  

  • 2 boneless chicken breasts
  • 2 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp cayenne pepper
  • ½ tsp dried thyme
  • Salt & pepper to taste
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 4 tbsp butter
  • 1 cup grated parmesan
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 300 g rotini pasta cooked

Method
 

  1. 1. Season chicken with blackened spice mix.
  2. 2. Sear chicken in olive oil until cooked through, then remove and slice.
  3. 3. In the same skillet, melt butter and sauté garlic.
  4. 4. Add cream and simmer for 5 minutes.
  5. 5. Stir in parmesan until melted.
  6. 6. Add cooked pasta to sauce, then top with sliced chicken.
  7. 7. Serve immediately with cracked black pepper.
