Method
- 1. Brown ground meat in a skillet with onion; season with salt, pepper, and thyme.
- 2. Transfer to Rival slow cooker and stir in peas, carrots, and gravy.
- 3. Cover and cook on LOW for 4–6 hours.
- 4. Spread mashed potatoes on top and cover again for 30 minutes.
- 5. Serve warm directly from the slow cooker.

You can use leftover mashed potatoes for a faster prep.
Add shredded cheese on top for a golden finish if desired.
